Badge Usage Requirements

  • The badge must link to the agent's current rating page on PipkinRated.com. Badges without active links are not authorized.
  • Only the current, active rating may be displayed. Displaying outdated scores is a violation of the badge usage agreement.
  • The Pipkin trust badge must not be modified, recolored, distorted, or altered in any way. The badge must be displayed as provided.
  • If a rating expires, is withdrawn, or is downgraded, the badge must be updated or removed within 30 days.
  • Display of the badge constitutes acceptance that the rating is an independent opinion of Pipkin Ratings LLC.

For Unrated Agents

If your agent has not been evaluated by Pipkin, you may not display the Pipkin trust badge. Unauthorized use of the Pipkin trust badge, trust mark, or any representation suggesting Pipkin endorsement or evaluation is a violation of trademark and will be enforced. To request an evaluation, contact evaluations@pipkinrated.com.
